Set within a lush, gated community in Naples, this coastal retreat began as a speculative rental and evolved into a highly personal renovation led by Julie Laux of J. Jordan Homes. Inspired by the tonal minimalism of Axel Vervoordt, the home balances layered whites with a relaxed, livable approach to family life.
The kitchen was designed to feel understated and architectural, with a custom white-stained wood finish by O’Brien Harris and a concealed curved pantry. Subtle textures and sculptural elements add depth, while a mix of statement pieces and practical selections creates a sense of effortless luxury throughout.
Playful moments—including a bunk room, rooftop lounge, and open-air kitchen—bring warmth and personality. The result is a refined yet relaxed home where thoughtful design and livability go hand in hand.
