Set along the shores of Geneva Lake, Three Bridges is a new-construction family retreat designed as a warm, all-seasons residence. The home reflects a thoughtful balance of architecture, interiors, and craftsmanship—tailored for both intimate family life and large-scale entertaining.
At its core, the design prioritizes openness, function, and enduring materials. A dual-kitchen concept pairs a highly functional main kitchen with a scullery-inspired back kitchen, allowing for seamless hosting. In the great room, a striking bar with dual wine towers anchors the space, while a pantry—left intentionally open—serves as both a showpiece and a hardworking hub for gatherings.
Throughout the home, oak and walnut bring warmth and continuity, from the tailored millwork to the furniture-like vanities in the primary suite. Dedicated his-and-hers offices reflect individual personalities, while transitional spaces like the mudroom and laundry are designed with equal attention to beauty and utility. The result is a refined yet inviting lake house—crafted not as a seasonal escape, but as a lasting family legacy.
